Synthesis Researcher

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design drug development pl$♠★≠ans reasonably according to rel₩≤evant guidelines for § ≈drug research and developmentφ•≤×;
2. Develop a reasonable♦φ≈φ research and develo$&pment plan and complete related work₹©♣← tasks according to the planned <§§timeline;
3. Propose reasonable solution"≈s to encountered problems and ®✔®↓implement them;
4. Smoothly carry out the han∞♠"dover of factory processes according to​• ' the developed processes;
5. Summarize the research ₽≠§ and development work and write$Ω‌ CTD application materiaλ&€€ls according to CFDA r★§∑equirements;
6. Provide relevant technical ↓∞↓guidance and training to s♥↕× ubordinate researchers.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree ♥↑or above in pharmaceutical chem♠↑istry or organic chemist>‍ry, with more than 5 years of relevant ☆'δwork experience;
2. Familiar with the requirements ♠✔'≈for active pharmaceutical ingredi•₽✘→ent (API) research and development,"€  able to independentlyσ¥ carry out API research work according  $'to CFDA guidelines;
3. Familiar with the qual☆♣✘♠ity research requirements♥γ  for APIs, able to ind♣↔♦ependently conduct drug synthe↑∞₹ sis process research according tσ♠o those requirements;
4. Able to independently write CTD a™↕∑&pplication materials in accordance wi ​×th national CFDA requirements;
5. Familiar with GMP requirements™'←, candidates with ex↓Ω↔♦perience in GMP factor↔≥ y scaling are preferε§red;
6. Honest, upright, responsible, with gπφ>ood team spirit and collaboration∏∑ skills.
